Viren Mehta is the founder and managing member of Mehta Partners, LLC. Dr. Mehta has been providing strategic, financial and investment advice to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry since 1986. He co-founded Mehta and Isaly in 1989, and has continued this work since 1998 at Mehta Partners. Prior to this, he was a part of the strategic planning group in the International Division of Merck & Co. Dr. Mehta obtained his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Southern California and his M.B.A in International Finance and Marketing from UCLA. Dr. Mehta advises investors and senior managers in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Dr. Mehta provided strategic and financial advice to OSI between 1996 and 2002 and has been a Director of OSI since November 1999.
