1. Directions from Manhattan:
Take Midtown Tunnel and proceed as follows: Travel East on the Long Island Expressway (Route 495) to Exit 49S (Melville North/Amityville South). Go to 2nd traffic light and bear right onto Route 110. Stay on Route 110 for about 2 miles. Turn right into the SUNY Farmingdale Campus (Smith Street). Make first right onto Bioscience Park Drive. Take Bioscience Park Drive around the building to our main entrance.

2. Directions from Eastern Long Island:
Travel West on the Long Island Expressway (Route 495) to Exit 49S (Amityville South) Proceed to traffic light (you are on Route 110). Stay to your right on Route 110 for about 2 miles. Turn right into the SUNY Farmingdale Campus (Smith Street). Make first right onto Bioscience Park Drive. Take Bioscience Park Drive around the building to our main entrance

3. Directions from Westchester and Connecticut:
A) Whitestone Bridge: Over bridge to Cross Island Parkway (South) to Long Island Expressway (East). Follow directions above from Manhattan via Long Island Expressway to OSI Pharmaceuticals.
B) Throgs Neck Bridge: Over bridge brings you directly on to the Clearview Expressway. Take the Clearview to the Long Island Expressway East (Route 495). Follow directions above from Manhattan via Long Island Expressway to OSI Pharmaceuticals.

4. Directions from JFK Int’l. Airport:
Belt Parkway (East) to Southern State Parkway (East). Take Southern State Parkway to Exit 32N (Route 110/Huntington). Travel North on Route 110 about 3 miles to the second entrance of the SUNY Farmingdale Campus (Smith Street). Make a left onto Smith Street (Campus Entrance). Make first right onto Bioscience Park Drive. Take Bioscience Park Drive around the building to our main entrance.

5. Directions from LaGuardia Airport:
Take the Grand Central Parkway East (which turns into Northern State Parkway-East when entering Nassau County). Take Northern State East to Exit 37A (Long Island Expressway/Route 495 East). Follow directions above from Manhattan via Long Island Expressway to OSI Pharmaceuticals.

6. Directions from New Jersey and Staten Island:
New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 13 – Goethals Bridge to Verrazano Narrows Bridge to Belt Parkway (East) to Southern State Parkway (East). Take Southern State Parkway to Exit 32N (Route 110/Huntington) Travel North on Route 110 for 3 miles to the second entrance of SUNY Farmingdale Campus (Smith Street). Make a left onto Smith Street (Campus Entrance). Make first right onto Bioscience Park Drive. Take Bioscience Park Drive around the building to our main entrance.
