1. Directions from Manhattan:
Take Midtown Tunnel and proceed as follows: Long Island Expressway (Route 495) East to Ext 49 South (Route 110-Huntington/Amityville).
Stay on the South Service Road for 3 lights (about ½ mile). At the 3rd light turn left on to Pinelawn Road. Go over the over-pass to first building on the left – 41 Pinelawn Road. Turn left into parking lot of OSI Corporate Headquarters. Main entrance on Pinelawn Road.

2. Directions from Eastern Long Island:
Long Island Expressway West (Route 495) to Exit 49N (Rte 110, Huntington). Proceed on the North Service Rd. to 1st traffic light, Pinelawn Rd. Make right turn onto Pinelawn. 41 Pinelawn is the first building on the left.

3. Directions from Westchester and Connecticut:
Whitestone Bridge:
Over bridge to Cross Island Parkway (South) to Long Island Expressway (East). Follow directions above from Manhattan via Long Island Expressway to OSI Pharmaceuticals.

Throgs Neck Bridge:
Over bridge brings you directly on to the Clearview Expressway (stay to the left at the end of the bridge). Take the Clearview to the Long Island Expressway East (Route 495). Follow directions above from Manhattan via Long Island Expressway to OSI Pharmaceuticals.

4. Directions from JFK Int'l. Airport:
Belt Parkway (East) to Southern State Parkway (East). Take Southern State to Exit 22N - Meadowbrook Parkway (North). Travel about 3 miles north on the Meadowbrook Parkway to the Northern State Parkway (Eastern Long Island) Right exit. Travel about 4 or 5 miles on the Northern State Parkway East to Exit 37 (Long Island Expressway/Route 495 EAST). Follow directions above from Manhattan via Long Island Expressway to OSI Pharmaceuticals

5. Directions from LaGuardia Airport:
Take the Grand Central Parkway (East - which turns into Northern State Parkway-East when entering Nassau County). Take Northern State East to Exit 37 (Long Island Expressway/Route 495 East). Follow directions above from Manhattan via Long Island Expressway to OSI Pharmaceuticals.

6. Directions from New Jersey and Staten Island:
New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 13 - Goethals Bridge to Verrazano Narrows Bridge to Belt Parkway (East) to Southern State Parkway (East). Take Southern State to Exit 22N - Meadowbrook Parkway (North). Travel about 3 miles north on the Meadowbrook Parkway to the Northern State Parkway (Eastern Long Island) Right exit.
