Michael G. Atieh
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Atieh is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of OSI Pharmaceuticals. He previously served as Chair of the OSI Audit Committee and was a member of the Board from 2003 until 2005 when he assumed his current position.

Mr. Atieh was recently Group President of Dendrite International and was previously Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Dendrite. He started his career at Arthur Young & Company (now Ernst & Young) where he was an Audit Manager and then joined Merck and Company  where he spent 19 years and held a number of senior positions including Director of Accounting, Director of Investor Relations, Vice President Government Relations, Treasurer, Vice President of Public Affairs, Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development at the Merck-Medco Division of Merck and Vice President and General Manager of Merck's Medicare business initiative in their U.S. Human Health Division.

Mr. Atieh is on the Board of Directors of ACE Limited (NYSE:ACE) where he serves as a member of the Audit Committee and Executive Committee and Chairs the Finance and Investment Committee.
