Information Collection and Use
(OSI) Prosidion respects the privacy of every visitor to our website. This website does not automatically capture and store personal information, other than logging the user's IP address and session information such as duration of session and type of browser used.
Non-Personal Information

This is recognised by the Web server and is used only for system administration and to provide statistics, which (OSI) Prosidion may use to evaluate use of the website. Transfer of information
(OSI) Prosidion's parent company head office is located in the US and therefore use of this website by EU users may involve transmission of information and personal data outside the EU. For example, transfer of information outside the EU may happen if any of our servers are from time to time located in a country outside the EU or if one of our service providers is located in a country outside the EU. These countries may not have similar data protection laws to the EU. If we transfer the information outside the EU in this way, we will take steps to ensure that your privacy rights continue to be protected and, in addition, if you use our services while you are outside the EU, your information may be transferred outside the EU, in order to provide you with those services.

CV Submission Policy
Please read and indicate your agreement to our general terms and conditions as they relate to data collection and storage. The following terms apply specifically in relation to submission of your CV and are in addition to the general terms and conditions.
By submitting your CV to us, you will be considered for appointments throughout (OSI) Prosidion depending on a potential match with your stated credentials. The information provided in the CV will be used solely for recruiting and screening purposes for Prosidion positions.
By submitting your CV to us, you are agreeing as follows:
- To the best of your knowledge and belief, the information which you have entered is accurate and not misleading;
- That (OSI) Prosidion (and its affiliates) may use your personal data, such as name, address, work history etc., collected on this website for recruitment purposes only. Should your application be successful, your personal data may be processed for your employment file.
- Your personal data may, if necessary for the above purposes, be transferred to third parties, (OSI) Prosidion's advisers, third parties providing products and services (such as agencies assisting (OSI) Prosidion in screening and interviewing prospective employees, IT system suppliers, pension, benefits, stock options and payroll administrators) as well as regulatory authorities or as required by law. (OSI) Prosidion will seek to ensure that third parties described above will process the receiving of personal data in accordance with the purpose and within the limits under which the data were originally collected and that third parties provide at least the same level of protection as (OSI) Prosidion.
In accordance with our policy on document retention, your personal data will be deleted within 6 months of submission if your application is not successful. If your application is successful and you are being considered for a post, it will be retained until your application is complete. If you are offered and accept employment with (OSI) Prosidion, your application will be placed on your personnel file and retained in accordance with our policy on document retention for employees.
